What is Hotjar?

Hotjar allows us to collect user feedback via surveys, polls and visual feedback. It can also provide a better understanding of users behaviors on P4 websites, with heatmaps, video recordings & form analysis.

Adopting Hotjar will allow the P4 team to iterate and improve product design based on data & user feedback, to ultimately build a better Planet 4 user experience.
