Send the web admin a notification (or show a warning in WordPress backend) whenever there’s an error in the EN Form Block.
Context: When the form submission is not successful the user will see the message “There was a problem with the submission“.
Sometimes this problem can only be fixed with the web admin, so it’s important that he/she is notified quickly about the error.

The P4 team decided to decline this ideas as this is a very niche use case and it’s a feature already provided natively by Hubspot (which ultimately will replace EN)
