Understanding how existing engagement systems will interact with Planet 4 it’s key to visualize how and which data will be sent from / to the platform, to get any level of profiling or contact merge in database of records.
The drawing below should be familiar to all digital people in any NRO.

To do / update your NRO map of System’s integration:
- MAKE A COPY of the Drawing template
 - MOVE YOUR COPY to your NRO Planet 4 Google Drive
 - RENAME YOUR COPY “P4 Data & Systems integrations map – GREENPEACE XXXX” or similar
 - Identify the Engagement Systems your NRO is using (e.g. Petitions / Advocacy >> Engaging Networks?)
 - Map out all applicable data flows, according to the colour coding: 
- Standard tools’ integration/s
 - Custom tools’ integration/s
 - Not in scope with P4 launch
 - → Data flows
 - –> Content flows
